MARKETING COORDINATOR  

Sasaki is a global architecture, planning, and design firm with a dynamic start-up culture and a reputation and body of work that spans nearly 70 years.

We seek a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our award-winning Marketing team in any of our Boston, New York, or Denver offices. You would be responsible for coordination and production of marketing materials in the pursuit of new work including RFP/RFQ responses, qualifications packages, interview presentations, and conference proposals and presentations. The position also includes the coordination of strategic marketing and business development activities.

This role allows you to work in a dynamic team environment with other motivated and talented coordinators. You will work closely with the firm’s leadership to deliver high quality work and meet deadlines. You must be able to work collaboratively with your peers and senior staff, be extremely well-organized, have a strong graphic design sense, be a whiz in Adobe InDesign, bring professionalism and polish, and follow processes to ensure a consistent experience for each project. We highly value employees that take initiative, solve problems, and deliver work in a timely and well executed manner.

In addition, a successful candidate brings an interest and aptitude for writing and editing, possesses a grasp of current industry-related best practices, and has solid interpersonal and organizational skills. Innate curiosity and an ability to absorb and learn quickly is vital to this candidate’s success at Sasaki. Minimum of 2 years marketing experience for an A/E/C firm or related industry. Must be proficient with Adobe InDesign.
