The Bikery in Saint Petersburg, Florida is looking for an energetic and upbeat person to help us grow into the best bike shop in Florida.  Our number one goal is customer satisfaction through an engaging and knowledgeable team of cycling fanatics.

We are looking for a service writer and sales lead who has ability to guide customers in making good decisions about how and when to maintain and repair their bikes as well as selecting parts and accessories.  Customer relations management is central to this position.  This is a management track position and would also allow room for personal growth in all areas of the business.

Our brand is built on a foundation of operational excellence and remarkable customer service.  We are looking for a person who can bring their "A" game every day.

Requirements

This position requires the following:

-Enthusiasm for cycling and retail sales
-Solid work ethic and reliability
-Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers
-Willingness to learn and implement brand strategy
-Skill with operating computers and software
-Basic understanding of bicycle technology
-Ready and able to work weekends
-Competence with the use of social media is a plus
-Ambition to excel in all areas of your work a big plus
